Forever Family Food Drive
A community tradition of giving — join our team, and let’s add it up together, year after year.
A Bay Area food drive
Our impact so far
0 meals provided so far
0 lbs of food
$0 donated
0 bags collected
Every number here is all of us, together — join the team and celebrate the results with us.
How we count meals: 1 meal = 1.2 lbs of food (USDA standard). $1 donated = 2 meals (local food-bank rate). meals = pounds ÷ 1.2 + dollars × 2
Donate or schedule a pickup
Cash donations go to Second Harvest of Silicon Valley — every $1 provides 2 meals. Use the Donate cash button below.
Grocery bags of food go to Samaritan House. Use the Schedule a pickup button to arrange a pickup, or drop bags off anytime.
Pick ups and drop offs
Pick ups and drop offs — we will be doing pick ups for donations on Saturday mornings. It's okay to leave them out for us to grab.
Anyone can drop off bags at our house anytime. Text us for a heads up and the neighborhood gate code.
We can also accept donation bags at after school pick ups at Ormondale and Corte Madera.
Our mission
This isn’t just our family’s project — it’s for everyone. Friends, neighbors, classmates: join our team and be part of it.
Rising prices have made food out of reach for too many families in the Bay Area, so we want to do what we can to activate our community to help close this basic-needs gap. Too often our community efforts feel like blips that are hard to understand the impact of. We have a hunch that our blips over the next 10 years or more will all add up to show us that community support isn't a one-time event, but impact you have over a lifetime.
Where your donations go
Cash and money donations go to Second Harvest of Silicon Valley — the regional food bank (https://www.shfb.org/).
Grocery bags of food go to Samaritan House in San Mateo — food and fund donations, and community drives (https://www.samaritanhousesanmateo.org/).
